PRINCIPLE 
Computer Aided Publishing system (CAP) is based on a semi-automated system developed by MERSI Ltd to process in three steps (Input/Processing/Output) texts and images in order to publish them on various disseminating supports. 

In optimum conditions, texts and images are automatically captured by our CAP system from fully processable inputs  (Internet, Modem, Disk  or Diskette, etc) and transfered after CAP process by the same way. 

The purpose of the CAP system of  MERSI Ltd is to avoid the costly and time-consuming manual operations by using preferably fully processable inputs/outputs to transfer texts and images before and after CAP processing. 

PRICES & DELIVERY 
All CAP prices include VAT, Telecommunications Costs, Handling and Shipping Charges. Prices are given in pounds sterling (£) per A4-Size Page corresponding to the following characteristics : 

Average characteristics of a standard A4-Size Page to be CAP processed are : 2250 characters per A4-page (that is to say : 25 lines x 15 words per line x 6 characters per word, or their equivalent in image surface). 

The full price of an A4-Size Page processed by our CAP system will be easily computed by adding the three steps of CAP process selected in Prices List below : Input (codes ET2 to ET7) + Processing (codes PA1 to PA3) + Output (codes ST2 to ST7) :
